Maxwell Mansion (built in) 1856 was the first mansion built in Lake Geneva and has long been host to dignitaries and socialites throughout its history. Located two blocks East of the lake you will find the Maxwell Estate, nestled among century old oaks, beautiful gardens, lounges, outdoor fireplaces, a heated pool, croquet and bocce ball amusement. All rooms mix century-old charm with modern sophistication, full with amenities and personal touches to make your stay completely indulgent and satisfying.

Comfortably accommodating up to 120 guests (as weather permits) throughout the mansion for receptions of all styles and magnitudes. The entire first floor of the mansion and perennial gardens with croquet lawn and fountain are designed to have your guests travel back in time to true Gilded Age Living. The ballroom can seat up to 40 people comfortably for intimate sit-down dinner.
